In the last few videos, I shared the science behind baby sleep, sleep cycles, attachment, & baby’s instincts.

While these are helpful topics to understand, they probably haven’t led you to extreme improvements in sleep… yet.
The next tip I am about to share with you will help you understand your child’s sleep needs, their individual sleep schedule (no sleep templates by age here – I teach you how to learn your child’s UNIQUE biological rhythms), how to prevent wakeups, and how to maximize sleep.  These tips can help at any age (yes – even for newborns)!

As I mentioned in Video Two: The Science of Sleep, it is important to put aside everything you know about adult sleep – it doesn’t apply to your precious little one!

I hope you use the knowledge from today’s video to learn your child’s patterns.

This tip will be helpful to come back to as your child grows or experiences changes in sleep patterns. Their patterns will change many, many times, especially in the first year of life. This video will help you be aware and up to date on their current sleep needs, month by month.
